How do I make a booking?

From the website or App, you select your postcode, the type of treatment you desire, a date and preferred time. You will then be shown all the available therapists for your choice.

What postcodes do you cover?

We currently cover London zones 1–2 and some areas in Zone 3. When you put your address in the search bar, you should get a message if the postcode is not covered.

What treatments do you offer?

We offer Massage, Beauty treatments (including manicures, pedicures, facials), Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Hairdressing and Makeup. The offering on the website is not complete. You can contact us anytime for any other type of massage or beauty treatment, and we may be able to book for you.

Are the therapists insured and qualified?

Yes, all our therapists have undergone a thorough interview process and a trade test. They possess the relevant qualifications and are insured with professional indemnity insurance.

What is the cancellation policy?

We hope you never need to cancel, but should you need to, here's what to know: cancelling more than 4 hours before your appointment incurs no charge at all. Cancelling between 2 and 4 hours before will result in a 50% charge, and cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment time means the full treatment cost applies.
