You can give your therapist a review on the App or on the website in the My Appointments section, under Previous Appointments. Your feedback helps us maintain the quality of our service.

Yes, absolutely and we highly encourage to! you can rebook via the app or your web account, or contact our customer service team and they will arrange it for you.

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our customer service team at bookings@londonserenity.com within 48 hours of your treatment. We will review your feedback and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your therapist was significantly late and you were unable to receive your full treatment as a result, please contact our team. We will review the case and may offer a partial refund or credit to your wallet depending on the circumstances.

We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 working days. Complex cases may take longer, but we will keep you updated throughout the process.

Although a tip is not compulsory, should you wish to add one you can do so on the App or on the website in the My Appointments section, under Previous Appointments. Tips are a wonderful way to recognise exceptional service.

You can view all your past bookings in the My Appointments section of the App or website, under the Previous Appointments tab. Each entry shows the treatment, therapist, date, and cost.

Yes! Visit the Refer a Friend section in your account to get your unique referral link. When your friend completes their first booking using your link, you will both receive a credit added to your wallets.

We offer wallet credits and promotional rewards to loyal customers. Keep an eye on your account and emails for exclusive offers. For specific loyalty scheme details, please contact our customer service team.

We recommend drinking plenty of water after a massage to help flush out toxins. Avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day and allow your body to rest and recover. You may experience mild muscle soreness for 24–48 hours after a deep tissue massage — this is completely normal.

Avoid applying heavy make-up or skincare products for a few hours after your facial to allow your skin to breathe. Stay out of direct sunlight and use SPF if going outdoors. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
