Everything about purchasing, personalising, delivering and redeeming London Serenity gift vouchers.

Visit the Gift Card section on the website or App and click on Purchase. You can choose a physical gift card mailed to your chosen address, or an e-voucher sent instantly by email. You can personalise both with a custom message.

Gift vouchers are available in a range of values to suit any budget. Visit the Gift Card section on the website or App to see all available amounts.

Yes. When purchasing either a physical or digital gift card, you can add a personalised message that will be printed on the physical card or included in the digital voucher email.

Physical gift cards are mailed to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery within the UK.

E-vouchers are sent instantly to the recipient's email address after purchase. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check the spam or junk folder, or contact our team.

In the Gift Card section of the website or App, click on Redeem. Enter your voucher code and the full value will be added to your London Serenity wallet to use on any booking.

Yes. Once redeemed into your wallet, the credit can be used towards any treatment booked through the London Serenity website or App.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend using them before they expire. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated.

Yes. If you have multiple vouchers, you can redeem each one separately to your wallet. The combined balance will then be applied automatically at checkout.

If the treatment cost exceeds your voucher or wallet balance, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount by card at checkout.

Yes. You can purchase gift vouchers using a company card and personalise messages for your clients or employees. For bulk purchases, please contact our team at bookings@londonserenity.com for a tailored corporate quote.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. However, they are fully transferable — you can give the voucher code to someone else to redeem and use.

Please double-check that you have entered the code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive). If the code still does not work, please contact bookings@londonserenity.com with your voucher details and we will resolve it promptly.
