If you would like to extend your treatment, please let your therapist know as early as possible. Extensions are subject to therapist availability and will be charged at the pro-rata rate of your booked treatment. You can arrange the additional payment through your Appointments screen on the app or website.

Yes! If you have a London Serenity gift card or account credits, you can apply them at checkout during the booking process. Simply enter your gift card code or select your available credits as the payment method.

Our charges apply from the original booking time. You can choose to have the remaining time or to extend your treatment at an additional cost – if the therapist is available to extend your treatment.

We occasionally offer promotional discounts and referral rewards. If you have a discount code, you can enter it at checkout. You can also earn credits by referring friends through your account's Refer a Friend section.

Yes, you can book treatments for multiple people. Each additional person requires a separate booking. For larger groups or events, please contact us directly and we will be happy to arrange a bespoke package for you.

We hope you never need to cancel, but should you need to, here's what to know:

Cancelling more than 4 hours before your appointment incurs no charge at all.

Cancelling between 2 and 4 hours before will result in a 50% charge.

Cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment time means the full treatment cost applies.

This has never happened before as we geolocate our therapists. However, if there are any emergencies, our customer service team will contact you and either arrange an alternative therapist or issue a full refund.

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment subject to therapist availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time. Please note that rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the appointment start time may be treated as a late cancellation under our standard cancellation policy.

If a refund is due, it is processed automatically at the time of cancellation via Stripe. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

The prices shown include the professional therapists' fees and our commission for the use of our platform to make the booking. It includes the cost of the supply of all products used by the therapists (oils, facial products, nail products etc.) and the provision of the portable massage bed.

You are not asked to pay for tips but if you like your treatment and wish to add any gratuity to the therapist, you can do so from your Appointments Screen on the website or app, and adding a Gratuity. This will be additional to the price paid.

No, all costs are included in the price shown when booking.

Our nail technicians are equipped to handle Shellac and gel polish removal. Please mention this in the booking notes so your therapist can allow adequate time and bring the necessary products. Please note that removal may incur an additional charge depending on the treatment booked.

The therapist brings oil and music. Please have your own clean towels ready — they do not provide towels for hygiene reasons.
