With a diploma in Deep Tissue, and certificates in Meridian Stretching, Hand Reflexology, Hot Stone, Bamboo Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage including anti-cellulite treatment, Pluma's treatments are a mix of the therapies that she studied and she uses them according to the clients' needs. she likes using stretching and pressure points to release tensions, and the hand reflexology to find out any other problems in the body. She has a passion for nature and spirituality and she is now undergoing a Masters in Ecology and Spirituality at the Schumacher College in order to improve her knowledge and discover new ways to apply it in her daily life and in the Planet for a better living.
