Giusy teaches highly-personalised and group Hatha and Ashtanga based Vinyasa yoga flows for targeted physical areas or energetic and emotional balance that allow developing body and breath awareness and connect to oneself at a deeper level. Her yoga teaching is based on the Sage Patanjali\' s 8 Limbs of Yoga with emphasis not only on the physical practice but also pranayama, meditation and mindful practices. As a Breath Coach Giusy take a very simple, yet effective, approach combining the yoga breathing tools to science-based principles accessible to everyone.
