Yoga is a training system that has been practised for thousands of years. Yoga training involves exercises for the mind and the body, through stretching and breathing techniques.
There is no need for you to be extremely fit to start yoga. It is a rather smooth and gentle technique that can be practised by almost everyone.

A Yoga session could last anything between 1 to 2 hours, during which you will use a yoga matt and follow your trainer’s instructions. Yoga includes postures and stretching as well as breathing techniques.
CAUTION
Even though Yoga is a good practice for everyone we suggest you consult your GP if you have any physical issues.
Pregnant women in the first 12 weeks should avoid some postures and exercise, after which gentle yoga practice is encouraged to relieve aches and keeping fit.
